Dr. Bouldin is a native of Jackson Mississippi. She received her undergraduate pharmacy degree from Xavier University of Louisiana in 1987. She then went on to University of South Florida for medical school and residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Women and Children.
Dr. Bouldin has over twenty years of experience taking care of women throughout all phases of their lives. This includes care across several generations, starting from adolescence to the menopausal years. She was a private community physician in Biloxi, MS before joining UMMC. She is a North American Menopause Society (NAMS) Certified Menopause Practitioner and recently received her Doctorate of Health Administration in May 2020 from the University Of Mississippi School Of Health Related Professions.
As a board certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist, she provides prenatal care and other low risk obstetric services including delivery. Her office gynecology services include but are not limited to the evaluation and management of abnormal cervical cytology, contraception, sexually transmitted infections, menopause, and abnormal uterine bleeding. Primary healthcare services include age specific periodic screening, immunizations, and the management of uncomplicated medical illnesses such as hypertension, depression, and thyroid dysfunction. Surgical management includes both hysterectomy and alternative therapies.
