Dr. Olumba (formerly Arumala) is a triple board certified Cosmetic Surgeon and Gynecologist, a fellowship-trained Reproductive Surgeon & a fellowship-trained Cosmetic Surgeon, making her one of the few surgeons in Texas with specialized training in both Gyn & Cosmetic Surgery. Her dedication to providing exceptional care is underscored by her recent certification by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and continued accreditation by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, adding to her already impressive credentials. With this unique background, Dr. Olumba provides a holistic approach to women’s health, wellness, and beauty. Her practice specializes in body contouring, mommy makeovers, body restoration after massive weight loss & vaginal rejuvenation. Ruth Olumba, DO, MPH, FAACS, FACOG, NCMP, received her medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine in New Jersey, her Master of Public Health from Mercer University School of Medicine, and completed her Ob-Gyn specialty training at Georgetown University. After practicing as a solo provider in a boutique OBGYN practice, Dr. Olumba was selected to attend one of two prestigious dual-accredited American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery facial and general cosmetic surgery fellowships in the United States. During this intense hands-on training, she learned the science and art of restoring the body to aesthetically pleasing forms while minimizing and mitigating complications. She has lived and practiced medicine in several cities in the United States and abroad. Her medical and surgical experiences allow her to relate to women across various cultures uniquely.
