Menopause Self-Care Through Coloring

While coloring may seem like a trivial approach to managing your menopause-related symptoms, according to @MayoClinic, the act of coloring can be beneficial to your health by promoting mindfulness and relieving stress.

Lisa Gayle Moore rediscovered her joy of coloring on a girl’s trip and has been positively affected by how it’s helped her manage some of the stress and anxiety that can come with menopause transition. While Lisa knows that coloring “wont cure your hot flashes”, she has experienced the stress relieving benefits and moments of joy that it can bring.

Fueled by her passion, she’s created a line of menopause coloring books for women of color which launched earlier this year.

Recently Lisa launched her new Latina Menopause Magic coloring book in recognition of Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 – October 15).

This October we’re recognizing the intersection of Hispanic Heritage Month and World Menopause Month by sharing select pages from Latina Menopause Magic for your coloring enjoyment! These limited edition pages are FREE to download exclusively through the Menopause Made Modern website through October 31, 2024.

You can purchase the full edition of Latina Menopause Magic and all of Lisa’s adult line of menopause coloring books on Amazon!
