Midi
MidiHealth delivers expert, science‑backed virtual care for perimenopause, menopause, and midlife wellness—personalized and delivered with true cultural sensitivity. With over 200,000 women served nationwide, a remarkable 91% report symptom relief within 60 days—and 92% see improvements in mood, anxiety, or irritability within just two months.
But numbers only tell part of the story. Real women—many of whom felt dismissed by traditional providers—are finding effective, empathetic care through MidiHealth. As one reviewer shared:
“I spent almost three years being dismissed by doctors, and told to nap more. I’ve been so happy to find a team that knows how to help women through this transition.”
Others celebrate how quickly relief starts after joining:
“My night sweats and hot flashes are gone. My libido is back and I’m happy to have the energy to do the things I love again.”
“I can’t believe what a difference my Care Plan made. My joint pain has subsided, I’m sleeping better, my moodiness leveled out. I feel better than I have in a year.”
On Trustpilot, feedback continues to highlight Midi’s clinicians’ attentiveness and effectiveness:
“My practitioner has been fantastic since my first appointment over a year ago. She was the first of 4 GYNs who actually listened to me and acknowledged my menopausal symptoms.”
Available in all 50 states and accepted by major PPO insurers, Midi makes access to midlife healthcare easy, convenient, and affordable.
Founded by women who intimately understand the hurdles of midlife care—from feeling dismissed to struggling with insurance—MidiHealth builds individualized care plans that honor the full spectrum of lived experience. Especially for Black women and women of color, this matters: studies show they often face earlier menopause, longer and more intense symptoms, and systemic barriers to treatment options like hormone therapy. Midi stands out by centering culturally responsive care and ensuring its clinicians listen, understand, and validate experiences that are too often overlooked.

MMM Reviews:
At 52 and navigating perimenopause, I came to Midi Health after years of managing symptoms through trial and error, including lifestyle changes, supplements, and prescription medications that helped in pieces but never fully addressed my issues. By fall of 2025, increasing fatigue, low motivation, mood changes, and weight gain pushed me to seriously consider hormone treatment.
My first virtual visit with a nurse practitioner was patient, validating, and unhurried. She addressed my fears about hormone therapy, listened closely to my concerns, and made space for the emotions I brought into the appointment. I never felt rushed or dismissed. After starting an estradiol patch and progesterone, I noticed a meaningful improvement in my mood and energy within 48 hours. I began to “feel like myself” again and re-engage with daily life.
The platform itself is easy to use, scheduling is convenient, and clinician follow-ups have been supportive. While there have been frustrating delays and inconsistent communication related to insurance authorization for GLP-1 medication, the quality of clinical care has been strong. I would recommend Midi Health to other women – especially women of color – seeking accessible, affirming virtual menopause care.
